Challenge

The existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked consistent branding. Information was not presented in a clear hierarchy, which made it challenging for users to quickly find details about projects, services, and company initiatives. The site also needed a more visually engaging design to align with Encore’s reputation in real estate and investment.

Approach

I redesigned the site to create a more intuitive and brand-aligned experience. After restructuring navigation through a content audit, I developed wireframes in Figma and applied consistent layouts, typography, and visuals. Responsive templates and dynamic imagery were incorporated to showcase Encore’s portfolio in a professional, user-friendly way.
